Cardowan Community Meadow is a membership organisation. This structure forms the legal foundation of many UK charities providing governance, accountability, and community engagement. It's detailed in the Constitution of Cardowan Community Meadow SCIO.

The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity for all members to meet and have a say in the work of Cardowan Community Meadow. It has a formal agenda as there are a number of documents and actions that must be approved by members such as the accounts for the last financial year.

The draft accounts for year ending 30 June 2026 are currently with the independent assessor so printed copies will be available and presented by our Treasurer at the meeting. Once approved by the meeting they’ll be here on our website.

The AGM is open to all members and to anyone who would like to be a member. There will be free tea, coffee and healthy snacks. We’ll be sharing the great work the volunteers have been doing in the past year and looking forward to the next year.
